What Lead Math keeps, and what it does with it. The first part is the same on every JTS tool; the last part is what is particular to Lead Math.
Who looks after your data
Lead Math is run by JTS, a small software business based in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, USA. For anything about your data, write to leads@jtsapps.com. A person reads every message.
What is kept, and why
- Your account: your email address, your business name if you gave one, and your password, stored only as a one-way scrambled form that cannot be turned back into the password.
- Whether you have paid: your plan, its dates, and the reference Stripe gives the payment. Your card number goes to Stripe, never to JTS.
- What you put into Lead Math, so it is there next time you sign in. The section below says what that is for this tool.
- Messages you send us, so we can answer them.
What is never done with it
It is never sold, never used for advertising, never shown to another customer, and never used to compare you with anyone.
Who helps us run it
- Fly.io runs the servers, in Dallas, Texas, USA, where your data is stored.
- Stripe takes card payments.
- Google Workspace carries the email we send you and the email you send us.
- Google Fonts supplies the typeface on our public pages, so Google sees your internet address when it sends it.
- Cloudflare answers the lookup that turns our web address into a server address. Your visits do not pass through it.
Cookies and visit counts
- One cookie keeps you signed in, and a short-lived one is used while you move between JTS tools. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
- We count how many times each public page is opened, as plain numbers per page per day. No cookie is set and no internet address is kept for this.
How long it is kept, and your choices
- Your data is kept while you have an account, so it is all there if you stop paying and come back.
- Ask, and we send you a copy, correct it, or delete your account and everything in it. A deletion is done within 30 days; copies in our backups are overwritten in the normal backup cycle after that. Payment records the law makes us keep are kept for as long as it says.
- Where the law in your country gives you more rights over your data, we honor them.
- Lead Math is made for businesses and adults, not for children.

Lead Math in particular
About the people who contact you
What you put in about each lead: the day it came in, its source, a name and phone number if you give them, the kind of job, where it stands, what the job was worth, what the lead cost, and your notes. Nothing more is asked for. It is kept until you delete the lead, its source or your account, and it is never used for anything but showing you your own numbers.
Spreadsheets you import
An uploaded file waits on the server, outside the backups, until you import it or for a day at most, and is then deleted. The leads read from it stay with your account.
With the monthly report switched on (it is, until you turn it off in Settings), Lead Math emails you your numbers for the month before on the 1st, from leads@jtsapps.com. Nothing about your leads is ever sent to anybody else.
Taking it with you, or deleting it
You do not have to ask: Settings has "Export everything", which downloads all of it as spreadsheets, and "Delete my account", which deletes all of it for good.
Inside the app
Every page inside Lead Math, where your leads are, loads nothing from anybody but this site. The links to Google's leads page open Google's own site in a new tab.
The rest of the JTS tools
Each one does one job for a small business, worked out from numbers you already have.
